we had a great sized bedroom. the staff were really helpful, unbeatable and lovely location in beautiful tropical gardens.

This hotel met every demand in every way, and I totally recommend it. Everything was spotless, and the staff were affable and exceptional. the location is great, as it is near the best beach on Lord Howe, North Bay, and the delightful gardens.

Had a VERY VERY GOOD stay on holidays, glad I've chosen it. The staff were efficient whole time of my stay. This accommodation had a remote setting secondary to the natural attractions.

The service at this hotel was top-notch, with a friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the free airport shuttle service, which made my arrival and departure hassle-free. The room amenities were excellent, with everything I needed including a cozy sitting area, a terrace with garden furniture, and free Wi-Fi. It was the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or to unwind in the evenings.

Located just a short walk down the hill to various restaurants for breakfast, to the main town centre, and to Ned's Beach for snorkeling. the apartments are well, equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable king, size beds, and two balconies with garden views. the airport pick, up and drop, off service is a nice added bonus.

The apartment complex does not offer a swimming pool to use.

Great location, close to restaurants and beaches. The self-contained unit was equipped with all necessary appliances. The gardens surrounding the apartments were beautiful.

The staff was not very friendly and efficient during our Easter stay, and sometimes we had to wait a long time for service.

The staff were friendly and helped us with transportation to nearby restaurants which had excellent food.

Friendly staff and convenient location. the apartment was spacious, tidy, and well-equipped. I appreciated having access to a communal barbecue and gazebo, and the small backpack and beach towels provided came in handy. the orientation "tour" on arrival was useful for getting my bearings.

The price was a bit high considering the island prices, but understandable given the location. the double bed was two singles joined, which was not the most comfortable sleeping arrangement.
